DVLA relaxes requirements for drivers with ADHD

DVLA has eased the requirements for the individual drivers with ADHD to notify their condition ADHD in March 2019 This was following  outcry from patient & user group.  Jo Platt MP, the chairs of the House of Commons ADHD parliamentary group wrote a really good letter to DVLA.  The DVLA website has been altered (from notification to DVLA once you are diagnosed with ADHD) back to stating notification only necessary where ADHD/ASD “affects your ability to drive safely.
